How to open a Support Ticket

Contacting us through a support ticket is the most effective way of resolving your support issue. It will enable us to assign a tracking number to your issue and it will enable you to provide as much detail as possible.

This article will provide you with the steps to create a new support ticket.

Instructions

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Select Submit a Support Ticket located within the My Account menu.
  3. Enter details about your request or issue.
  4. Click Submit.

We will respond to all support tickets within 24 hours.
