How to cancel your web service

Follow these instructions to cancel a web hosting service.
Once your service has been cancelled all data will be removed from our servers.

Instructions

How to cancel web hosting or a subscription service:

1. Login to the Admin Panel.
2. Select Manage Products located within the Products menu.
3. Search for the domain name you wish to cancel.
4. Mouse-over the Service Options for the domain.
5. Click Cancel Services.
6. Select a domain name to cancel in the drop down.
7. Select a service(s) to cancel which are linked to the selected domain.
8. From the Cancellation time radio options select when the cancellation is to applied, e.g.Immediately or Let the service expire on the renewal date.
9. Provide your Reason for Cancellation and Rate your services.  This information will help us to provide a better service.
10. Offer any Feedback or Comments that you may have.  Note: The Feedback and Comments field is your opportunity to express your concerns or issues about your services before you cancel.
